American Hybrid World Cup Qualifier #4

The American Hybrid World Cup Qualifier #4 is a 16-player knockout tournament taking place from 22-29 May. The winner of each group qualifies to the next stage and to the World Cup. The players gather in various venues but the games are played online on Tornelo (Hybrid).
The matches start off with two classical games with a time control of 120 minutes for the whole game with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from move 1. Tiebreak matches will consist of 2 games, 10min + 3sec increment per move. If the score is still level after the games, then one (1) sudden death game is played. The player with the white pieces receives 5 minutes, the player with the black pieces receives 4 minutes. After move 60, both players receive an increment of 2 seconds per move starting from move 61. In case of a draw the player with the black pieces is declared the winner. Official website: chess-results
