Hi to all.I want to know what you mean when you say to be 2 or 3 in world Youth.Can you please explain that
you can als be AIM AFM AGM or ACM
There are many titles namely: GM, IM, NM, FM, and CM
1) CM (Candidate Master) title can be achieved by getting the 2nd or the 3rd rank in World Youth or Asian Youth Chess Chamiponsip.
2) FM (Fide Master) title can be achieved by getting the 1st rank in the World Youth or Asian Youth Chess Chamiponsip.
3) NM (National Master) title can be achieved by having 2200+ USCF rating.
4) IM (International Master) You have to get 3 IM norms, (You have to score 2.5 points against IMs in one tournament and rating performance over 2400 to get 1 IM norm.) and have a rating over 2400.
5) GM (Grand Master) You have to get 3 GM norms (You have to score 2.5 points against GMs in one tournament to get 1 GM norm.) and a rating over 2500.
NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO DEPOSIT AN AMOUNT OF MONEY TO FIDE TO GET ANY TITLE.
