Introduction

Mark Dvoretsky is arguably the world's best chess coach and we're honoured that the trainer of many world-class players and the author of such classics as "Positional Play" and "Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual" has joined chess24 to shoot his first ever video series!

Goals

Endgames are tough, and it makes them even tougher if you spend your training trying to memorise positions that might occur only once or twice in your playing career. Mark instead focuses on guiding principles that we can immediately start to implement in our own games.

Additional information about the video

Jan introduces Mark Dvoretsky, who explains the idea behind his first video series.
