Rilton Cup

The 50th Rilton Cup is a 9-round Swiss takes place from 27 December 2022 to 5 January 2023 in Stockholm, Sweden. The event's namesake Dr. Tore Rilton, who died in 1983, wanted the tournament to be an opportunity for young Swedish talents to challenge strong masters from abroad. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game plus 30 seconds per move starting from move 1. Official site: www.rilton.se
