FIDE World Junior Championship - Open
The FIDE World Junior Championship is held from September 2-15 at the Ugra Chess Academy in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia, the center of the West Siberian plain, and the country's main oil and gas producing region. The 13-round Swiss tournament is open to players under 20 years of age (as of January 1st) and held in two sections: Open and Girls.
This year the championship sports representatives from 40 countries, competing for a prize fund of 10,000 euro (about USD $11,300). Players receive 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, then 30 minutes for the rest of the game plus 30 seconds per move starting from move one. Official site: wjcc2015.fide.com
