Chess24 on Ipad

I rarely use my ipad for chess, but twice this week I have been playing 5-minute chess on Chess24 and my opponent's clock has run down to zero but the system has told me that I have lost on time, not my opponent.  Is this a known issue?  

I would have sent this directly to the Chess24 admin, but I have no idea how to contact them!
