Welcome chess fans,
I've been stuck with this idea to do some chess training for myself for a certain amount of hours per week and write a diary online about it. And today I'm getting started!
I'm a 1900 DWZ player since one year now and my goal is to reach at least 2000 DWZ by the 1st of June 2020, while training for at least 5 hours per week alone (so the weekly visit at the chess club as well as coaching others is not included). Here I will write about all the things that I've done, how my training plan looks like, some interesting positions I looked at, game analysis, which books/videos I used etc..
Because of my rating every training session will contain lots of Tactics but of course I will focus on all the other aspects of the game as well.
I'm always open for good suggestions as well as critiques and I would love to hear your story of improvent in chess. I hope you can enjoy this and maybe I can even motivate you to also start training today!
