I don't have respect for the intelligence of people who choose to play without increment.

It's ridiculous. 

You can be a queen up and still lose. 

All that is needed is a 2 second increment to make things sensible. It's anti-chess and frankly stupid.  

I only respect people playing without increment if almost noone is playing with increment, as seems to be the case here. Why aren't you guys playing with increment?! And in actual fact this site has a decrement of 0.1 if you premove.  

Changing the default increment from 4+2 to the more standard 3+2 mihgt help.
