Vicegeral for a lot of non-registered, but also paying premium users, I dare to raise two simple questions:

First, why are the numerous, serious concerns and complaints of Chess24-users, especially about the mobile application, as well as about the playzone as well as about the low performance of streams and chats (even in live trainings) being constantly ignored - in terms of a sustainable troubleshooting?

Second, when (by pledge) will the situation improve?

...accompanied by a bunch of other threds asking for enhancements, not to say partially bugfixing, you can get free of charge on/from competitor's websites and applications, as well as lots of serious feedback to further develope this platform by real improvements...
