No response to premium membership cancellation request

I had mailed regarding cancellation of my premium membership to the customer service team. I submitted a request for the same. But no one seems to respond to it. 

First of all I was tricked into premium membership while I was actually shopping for some other merchandise. It was an accidental purchase and I quickly messaged them asking them to cancek my membershoo and refund my money. There was no response to that.

Then I requested them to atleast cancel the auto-renewal of membership and they didn't even respond to that even after sending multiple requests. It just seems that no one here cares at all about customer service and issues. They are just ready to somehow scam you into getting a membership and then won't cancel it until you yourself are frustrated and block your payment method.

They don't care about mail requests, requests on social media etc. If at all there is someone reading this who does care at all, kindly get my membership cancelled. Opening this site was truly the biggest mistake of my life and I wouldn't repeat it and request others to not do the same.
