Hello Chess24 Team,
It is nice to see that there are many changes made to Chess24 , better playing experience, lesser bugs, more openness to feedback etc. The new Chess24 Shop is also a wonderful addition :)
However one thing remains unchanged which I had highlighted earlier.
I as an existing premium member visit the shop option and if I click on premium, I do not see the option to buy additional premium duration to my account.
I had purchased a premium in 2016 for 3 years and when a 30% offer came along, I bought an additional 2 years last year.
I currently do not intend to buy premium but surely shall consider it in the future once some offer comes along.
An existing premium member is also a prospective customer, hence can this be fixed as soon as possible as this seems like a big omission to me.
